The spitter has 2 Senses.

• expectorator, spitter
• a person who spits (ejects saliva or phlegm from the mouth)
• つばを吐く人（口から唾液かたんを放出する）

• spitball, spitter
• an illegal pitch in which a foreign substance (spit or Vaseline) is applied to the ball by the pitcher before he throws it
• ピッチャーが投球前に異物（唾液やワセリン）をボールに塗りつける違法な投球
